At Thrive Endurance our triathlon coaching philosophy is to maximise health and performance. A healthy athlete can produce constant quality training through the Thrive Endurance Training Plan which is based on achieving your goals by building the foundation blocks, which in turn reduces the chance of injury due to achieving fitness goals step by step, rather than overloading the body with training that it simply cannot sustain.

Performance is analysed regularly and realistic goals are set, so the athlete can feel accomplished with their performance and get ready for the next triathlon.

We deliver professional custom Coaching and Training Plans for triathlons, it is delivered on Training Peaks the leader in coaching software. Every workout is customised to the individual whether you want full-service coaching or a 6, 9 or 12-week custom training plan.

Over the 10 years I have been involved in triathlon, I have seen many athletes come and go due to injury and burn out, all with plenty of motivation and big dreams. My philosophy is to work with the athlete and teach them that the old school NO PAIN NO GAIN training is a thing of the past.
