What a way to kick off the Victorian Triathlon racing season at the Yarrawonga Multi Sport Festival. The #thriveteam were out in force and we couldn't be more proud of the results. We walked away with 5 x 1st places 6 x podiums and 2 x 10 km run pbs. All of this and it was only a training event for the team as everyone eyes off there A race coming soon.. A big shout out to Luke Barlow, listening to coach Chris's advice and to hold back and see what you have left at the end for the run. In Luke's words he took the the swim and the bike easy only to negative Split the Bike and the run and come home with a massive PB. 1 very happy athlete and coach.
